If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a transparent and convenient return and refund process.


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must remain unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

⚠️ Returns or refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that:

  • The item is in brand-new, unused condition;

  • There are no scratches, stains, or signs of wear;

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included;

  • You can provide your order number or proof of purchase.

If these conditions are not met, KASE reserves the right to refuse a return or issue only a partial refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Orders beyond the 30-day return period;

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or missing parts;

  • Customized, limited-edition, or clearance items;

  • Products not purchased from official KASE channels.


Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a product quality issue, KASE will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for non-product-related reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong order, personal preference, etc.),
    a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package.


Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@kasestore.com to request a return, including your order number and issue details.

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

  4. Refunds will be sent via the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

💡 If your refund has not appeared yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary between 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.


Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., wrong size or model), please contact our support team.
Exchanges are available for the same or equivalent-value items.
If there is a price difference, we will provide a payment link for the balance.


Order Cancellation

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel and receive a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process after receiving it.
