Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, shipping address, and tracking number.
Please double-check that all information (name, address, phone number, etc.) is correct.
If you notice any mistakes, contact us immediately before your order ships.


Shipping Time & Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, USPS, SF Express, and EMS to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship to the United States.


Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders over $35.
For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of $14.99 will be applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.


Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team before the order has been shipped.
Once the package is dispatched, we cannot change the address.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately at service@kasestore.com (replace with actual support email).
For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product within 3 business days of receipt.


Customs & Import Taxes

Import taxes, duties, and related fees may be applied depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
KASE will assist with any documentation needed for customs clearance.


Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, customs delays, or unforeseen logistic disruptions, delivery times may be extended.
